UK Mainland Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within 7 working days via UPS on a next day tracked service (this can sometimes be 48hrs with UPS for remote areas). UPS require both your email address and phone number in order to send you tracking details and to contact you in case there is any problem with the delivery therefore please enter these at checkout when prompted.

Please be mindful that during the run up to special occasions such as Easter, Christmas etc we may see an increase in demand which may increase order processing and dispatch times.

If you require your order by a specific date please add a note to the comments box and we will do our best to oblige.

Please make sure you have completed your delivery details correctly as they cannot be amended at a later date and we will not be held liable for any errors as a result of incorrect information being supplied.

Please note at present we only ship to mainland UK and we are not authorised to ship Frenchic to Northern Ireland. Any orders that do not meet these requirements will be cancelled and refunded.
